Before your baby arrives, we can organise a prenatal meeting to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and prepare a support plan that suits you.

In the case of a high-risk pregnancy, I will come directly to your home, in coordination with your medical team, to ensure appropriate and safe follow-up.

This type of coverage is part of the services covered by LAMal, which reimburses the prenatal follow-up carried out by a midwife when the health of the mother or baby requires it.

I offer private birth preparation classes, directly at your home.

These meetings allow us to address the major themes surrounding pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, as well as changes within the couple.

Each course is personalised according to your needs and knowledge: the idea is to start from what you already know, to illuminate, complement and deepen together.

A supplement to the course will also be made available on a website, so that you can find the information discussed and useful resources.

Coverage by LAMal

Your basic insurance reimburses a flat amount of 150 CHF for birth preparation courses.

Some supplementary insurances may offer a higher reimbursement — do not hesitate to inquire with your insurer.

I will come to your home as soon as you return from the maternity ward and support you during the 56 first days of your child's life.

The frequency and number of visits are adjusted according to your needs and situation.

Coverage by LAMal

These services are reimbursed by the basic insurance:

• 16 visits for a first child,
• 10 visits from the second child onwards,
• and more in the case of a caesarean or multiple pregnancy.

If necessary, additional visits can be covered with a medical certificate.

Breastfeeding consultations

LAMal also covers 3 breastfeeding consultations beyond 56 days following the birth.
